Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age over 65 years No history of central or peripheral nervous system disorders according to medical records (including Parkinson’s disease, stroke, transient ischemic attacks, cerebellar problems, myelopathy, and epilepsy) No history of orthopedic problems in the past 6 months according to self-report (such as lower limb fracture, dislocation, sprain, or pain in the lower limbs or trunk) No history of cardiovascular lesions according to medical records (uncontrolled hypertension, hypotension, myocardial infarction) or severe pulmonary disease No history of rheumatic or metabolic diseases according to medical records (such as diabetes No history of more than one fall within the past 6 months according to self-report No severe hearing problems (use of hearing aids) according to medical records No alcohol or cigarette use according to self-report Ability to read and write
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to continue cooperation Unusual mental and physical fatigue
