Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Being married Not having a serious physical illness such as cancer Age 20 to 40 years Not participating in other counseling sessions at least one month before the research Being a student
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Drug addiction Having severe mental and physical problems
