Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Stress Urinary Incontinency for three mounth Unilateral positive OBER and thomas test Between 25 to 50 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of surgery or trauma during the past year in the genital, abdominal, or lower limb regions Body mass index (BMI) greater than 25 or less than 18 Use of diuretic medications Lack of confirmation of stress urinary incontinence Bilateral positive OBER and Thomas test Neurological disorders leading to loss of voluntary movement control, Heart disease, Hypertension, Diabetes, Respiratory diseases (e.g., asthma, emphysema, etc.), Systemic diseases involving connective tissue, Urinary tract infection, Pregnancy at the time of the study
