Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willing to participate in the study. Must have a cell phone or Android operating system version 4 or higher. The application should be installed on the person's mobile. Be able to use an Android smartphone. have internet access. Must have at least a Bachelor's degree in Nursing. Has not participated in blood pressure training courses in the past year.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Less than one year of work experience in the emergency department.
