Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 to 60 years with a perforated eardrum due to infection or trauma The size of the perforation is less than 25% of the eardrum surface Stable middle ear status (no active infection at the time of surgery) Willingness to participate in the study and signing an informed consent form

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients under 18 years of age or over 60 years of age with a perforated eardrum caused by infection or trauma The size of the perforation greater than 25% of the eardrum surface (not candidates for tympanoplasty with fat graft) Unstable middle ear condition (active infection at the time of surgery) Unwillingness to participate in the study and sign the informed consent form

Success rate of eardrum perforation closure. Timepoint: One day before surgery and then at weeks 4, 8, and 12 after surgery. Method of measurement: Examination with otoscopy and tympanometry.;Duration of complete eardrum repair. Timepoint: One day before surgery and then at weeks 4, 8, and 12 after surgery.
