Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients referred to the Gastroenterology and Infectious Diseases Clinic of Imam Reza Hospital whose Helicobacter pylori infection has been confirmed through fecal antigen testing, respiratory urease, or endoscopic biopsy.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients referred to the Gastroenterology and Infectious Diseases Clinic of Imam Reza Hospital whose Helicobacter pylori infection has not been confirmed by fecal antigen test, respiratory urease, or endoscopic biopsy.

MeasureTime frame
Helycobacter pylori infection. Timepoint: At the begining of the study and 4 to 6 weeks later. Method of measurement: Stool antigen test.
