Patients with Generalized Anxiety Disorder have Severe Anxiety, Worry, and Sleep Quality.

Interventions

The Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Intervention Group will Receive Eight Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Sessions Once a Week for 45 Minutes After the Pre-Test, and After the Treatment is Complet
Second, After Completing The Pre-Test and Receiving Eight Sessions of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, They will also Receive Medication, After Completing the Acceptance and Commitment Therapy Sessi
The Third Group will Receive only the Drug for 8 Weeks After the Pre-Test, and After 8 Weeks and the End of the Drug, a Post-Test will be Taken, and a Follow-up will be Taken After two Months, and the

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have a Diagnosis of Generalized Anxiety Disorder (By Psychiatrist) Not Receiving other Psychotherapy Absence of Personality Disorder with Generalized Anxiety Disorder No Cognitive Problem Having an Eighth Grade Literacy Level No Substance Abuse

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence From More Than Two Therapy Sessions Failure To Complete Questionnaires Failure To Perform Therapeutic Exercises

Generalized Anxiety Disorder Severity, Worry Severity, Sleep Quality, Insomnia Severity. Timepoint: Before the Start of the Intervention, end of the Intervention, Two Months Later, The Follow-up Period. Method of measurement: 7_Question Generalized Anxiety Disorder Questionnaire, Pennsylvania Anxiety Questionnaire, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire, Insomnia Severity Scale.
