Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with a diagnosis of chronic peptic ulcer whose disease has been confirmed by a gastroenterologist. Chronic peptic ulcer patients aged 18-60 years Chronic peptic ulcer patients have a perceived stress score of less than 18 and a resilience score of more than 83.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Have a history of mental illness and suicide Participating in similar (stress management) training courses in the last 3 months
