Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Colon cancer diagnosis confirmed by an oncologist and at least 6 months have passed since the cancer diagnosis Colon cancer diagnosis stage 0 to 2 Willingness, informed consent, and sufficient motivation to participate in the study Ability to participate in group therapy sessions with relative physical health No known severe mental disorders No concurrent or ongoing psychotherapy within the past year Having sufficient information and awareness about the study and its objectives Being literate and able to communicate effectively in Persian No use of psychotropic medications No history of participating in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy group courses No other known medical conditions No cultural or language restrictions Knowledge of colon cancer Willingness to follow up after treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Severe psychiatric problems such as psychosis and bipolar disorder Taking psychotropic drugs Cognitive problems such as dementia and delirium Acute physical problems Sensory and motor problems, blindness, deafness Concurrent participation in other psychological interventions Unwillingness to cooperate and unwillingness to participate or refusal to sign the consent form
