Intervention 1: Intervention group: In the experimental group, patients undergo simultaneous tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy. After general anesthesia, an injection is made in the posterior ear groove

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of previous tympanoplasty failure based on otoscopy and audiometry Age over 18 years Age under 65 years No history of mastoidectomy No use of systemic medications that interfere with the mechanisms of tympanic membrane repair No prohibition of general anesthesia Patients' desire for re-surgery No smoking or drug use

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Performing ossicular manipulation during revision tympanoplasty Not referring patients for secondary evaluations
