Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged between 12 and 18 years. Participants were required to possess basic reading and writing skills. Obtaining a score above the mean on the Beck Anxiety Inventory Participants were willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of a severe psychiatric disorder requiring immediate clinical intervention Serious cognitive or learning disorders that impede understanding of the session materials. Physical disability or serious medical conditions that prevent regular attendance at group therapy sessions. Concurrent participation in active psychotherapy or use of psychiatric medications that could influence the study outcomes. Participation in educational or psychological programs related to anxiety during the study period Presence of suicidal ideation or self-harming behavior. Presence of suicidal ideation or self-harming behavior.
