Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Having a child aged 11-18 years Literacy in reading and writing Regular attendance and active engagement in sessions Not receiving concurrent education or treatment during the research period No reported specific physical or mental health conditions based on self-disclosure Willingness to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence from more than three sessions
