Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Couples between the ages of 20 and 40 They will have a higher than average score on the cyberspace addiction questionnaire. Below average score on the Marital Functioning Questionnaire

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having neurological or psychiatric illnesses Taking sedatives Drug addiction

Dependence on cyberspace. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Mobile-based social media addiction questionnaire.

Distress tolerance. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Simmons and Gahr Distress Tolerance Scale (2005).;Marital dysfunction.
