Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Full consent and willingness to participate in the research No hearing impairment No mental disorder Absence of neurological, muscular problems, and postural abnormalities that could affect the research process Not using neuroleptics or medications that affect balance Age range between 9 and 13 years No defects in the cardiovascular system No surgery on the lower and upper limbs in the past year Absence of orthopedic diseases, cognitive and musculoskeletal disorders Based on the classification of the blind according to the rules of the World Blind Sports Organization, participants must be in classes B1, B2, and B3 to be allowed to participate in the research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Failure to participate in two consecutive training sessions or three non-consecutive training sessions Occurrence of musculoskeletal pain after exercise
