Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Being a student in upper secondary school (10th to 12th grades). - Voluntary consent of the student and parents to participate in the research. Continuous attendance at intervention sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Having a history of severe mental illness or taking psychiatric medications as reported by school or parents.
