Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Student of Islamic Azad University, Andimeshk Branch Employed full-time or part-time Single Volunteer to participate in the research In the age range of 20 to 30 years No history of similar psychotherapy interventions

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of major psychiatric disorders Substance abuse or addiction Concurrent participation in other psychotherapy interventions

MeasureTime frame
Job satisfaction. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Smith, Kendall, and Hewlett Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (1969).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Career motivation. Timepoint: At the beginning of the study (before the intervention began) and two months later (when the intervention ended). Method of measurement: Robinson Job Motivation Questionnaire (2004).
