Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Presence of a unilateral kidney stone 3 mm or less

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children with nephrocalcinosis Children with renal tubular acidosis Children with Bartter syndrome Children with multiple bilateral kidney stones Children with kidney stones larger than 3 mm

Response to potassium polycitrate treatment in kidney stones less than 3 mm in size in infants. Timepoint: Two months after the start of the intervention. Method of measurement: Ultrasound.
