Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of bulimia nervosa based on DSM-5. Willingness and informed consent to participate in the research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Hypothyroidism. Presence of severe concurrent psychiatric disorders (such as active psychosis) that prevent understanding or participation in therapeutic intervention. Physical disabilities that cause problems for women. Participation in other psychotherapy interventions
