Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Over 18 years old Body mass index above 35 (class 2) or 40 (class 3)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of abdominal surgery and laparoscopy above the umbilicus Transplantation surgery Endocrine-related obesity disease History of abdominal hernia Alcohol consumption Inflammatory bowel diseases

MeasureTime frame
Occurrence of hernia symptoms at the trocar site. Timepoint: The first week and in the first, third, and sixth months after surgery. Method of measurement: Abdominal ultrasound.
