Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Willingness to participate in the study Having a premature baby admitted to the NICU with a gestational age of less than 35 weeks Mothers who have had their baby for 72 hours. Mothers whose sleep quality questionnaire score is above 5.

Exclusion criteria: Active asthma Postpartum complications History of addiction History of diagnosed severe psychiatric disorders Serious sleep problems or use of sleeping pills in the past month

Sleep quality. Timepoint: In this study, the assessment of sleep quality will be conducted at three specific time points: 1. Pre-test (before the start of the laughter yoga sessions), 2. Post-test (immediately after the intervention), and 3. Follow-up (two weeks after the completion of the intervention). Method of measurement: In this study, the quality of sleep of mothers with infants hospitalized in NICU will be assessed using the Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index. The aim of this tool is to measure the quality and pattern of sleep over the past month. This questionnaire consists of 19 questions that evaluate seven components: subjective sleep quality, sleep latency, sleep duration, sleep efficiency, sleep disturbances, use of sleeping medications, and daytime dysfunction. Each component is scored from 0 to 3: score 0 = no problem, score 1 = mild problem, score 2 = moderate problem, and score 3 = severe problem. The overall score of this tool ranges from 0 to 21, with a score = 5 indicating good sleep quality. A score > 5 indicates poor sleep quality or sleep disturbance.;Fatigue. Method of measurement: The Multidimensional Fatigue Inventory (MFI-20) consists of 20 items divided into five subscales, each containing four items:General FatiguePhysical FatigueReduced ActivityReduced MotivationMental FatigueScoring MethodItems are rated on a five-point Likert scale ranging from 1 (completely disagree) to 5 (completely agree). Some items are reverse-scored.A higher score indicates a greater level of fatigue.
