Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Infants aged 60–150 days (3–5 months) Diagnosis of unilateral cleft lip and candidate for cleft lip repair surgery Written informed consent obtained from parents
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Bilateral cleft lip or associated cleft palate Lack of parental willingness or consent Infants requiring concurrent surgical or medical interventions Known systemic or genetic disorders

| The scar photographs at the third and sixth months after surgery will be evaluated by two independent plastic surgeons, blinded to the patient allocation, using the POSAS scale. Timepoint: At 3 month and 6 months after surgery. Method of measurement: The scar outcomes will be assessed using the POSAS (Patient and Observer Scar Assessment Scale).
