| Marital satisfaction: Marital satisfaction is conceptually defined as an individual's subjective assessment of the overall quality, harmony, and satisfaction they experience in their marital relationship. This includes emotional intimacy, mutual respect, effective communication, shared values, sexual satisfaction, and the ability to resolve conflicts constructively. Marital satisfaction reflects the degree to which the partner's emotional expectations and needs are met, which contributes to personal well-being, relationship stability, and family cohesion. It is not simply the absence of conflict, but rather the presence of positive interactions, trust, and commitment that enhance a sense of satisfaction in a relationship. Marital satisfaction, as a psychological construct, is influenced by individual characteristics, relationship dynamics, and sociocultural factors, making it a key indicator of relationship health and overall life satisfaction. In this study, marital satisfaction refers to the scores that an individual obtains on the Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire (1998). Timepoint: Communication skills training based on the Queendom Communication Skills Test (CSTR) (2004) will be applied to the experimental group in 8 50-minute sessions over two months. Method of measurement: The research tool will include the Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire, which was written in 1998. After collection, the data will be analyzed using SPSS statistical software.;Spiritual Health: Spiritual health is conceptually defined as a state of inner well-being that stems from a sense of meaning, purpose, and connection to oneself, others, nature, or a higher power. It involves the integration of beliefs, values, and practices that guide one’s actions and provide a framework for understanding life experiences, especially in the face of adversity. Spiritual health contributes to emotional resilience, ethical behavior, inner peace, and a sense of belonging beyond the materia | — |
