Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 to 60 years. Individuals diagnosed with a substance use disorder according to DSM-5 or ICD-10, undergoing treatment in addiction recovery centers. Ability to attend sessions (without severe physical or cognitive limitations).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: The presence of severe psychiatric disorders, such as active psychosis, major depressive disorder, or uncontrolled bipolar disorder. The presence of serious neurological or medical conditions, such as epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, or severe heart disease, that would preclude physical exercise or neurofeedback training. Concurrent use of psychoactive medications that significantly affect attention and concentration and could confound the results. Participation in other group therapy or neurofeedback programs outside of the study, which may lead to data contamination.
