Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Total Knee Arthroplasty was performed due to osteoarthritis at a medical center in Hamadan." A maximum of two weeks having passed since discharge from the hospital post-surgery. Age between 40 and 75 years. Ability to use a smartphone or computer to access educational content Literacy in the Persian language (ability to read and write). Willingness and provision of informed consent to participate in the study and adhere to the educational program.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Occurrence of serious post-operative complications (e.g., surgical site infection, deep vein thrombosis, requirement for re-hospitalization) that would interfere with adherence to the educational program Diagnosis of other debilitating chronic conditions that, in the judgment of the investigator, could independently affect the level of physical activity or quality of life (e.g., advanced heart failure or a history of a disabling stroke). Participation in similar educational programs within the past three months.
