Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age older than 65 years old Female gender Depression diagnosis confirmed by a psychologist No receipt of other psychological treatments in the past three months.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Unwillingness to participate in psychotherapy sessions Presence of psychotic disorders based on psychological assessment Substance abuse Intellectual disability Any serious medical conditions that may interfere with treatment Absence from more than two therapy sessions.
