Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 20 to 60 years with a history of COPD (Grade I or II) based on the GOLD scale No prior participation in formal educational programs, such as training workshops or research sessions, about the disease No initial diagnosis of asthma and no history of lung surgery or transplantation Willingness to participate in the study No language or speech limitations No malignant or psychological disorders Ability to perform daily activities Residence in Shiraz Ability to read and write
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Acute or severe clinical conditions requiring immediate and specialized treatment Inability to comprehend and respond to questionnaires Cognitive impairments or communication difficulties (e.g., neurological diseases, psychiatric disorders, or language barriers) Participation in similar or concurrent studies
