Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The patient’s serum zinc level should be within the normal range before enrollment in the study Patients over 18 years old Diagnosed with chronic migraine No other active diseases Willingness to participate in this study and sign a written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe burns and trauma Active infectious or inflammatory disease Pregnancy and uncontrolled diabetes Consumption of alcohol Moderate to severe liver disease

MeasureTime frame
Headache intensity. Timepoint: First visit (before botulinum toxin injection), one month after botulinum toxin injection and receipt of placebo or zinc supplement, six months after botulinum toxin injection and receipt of placebo. Method of measurement: With Migraine Disability Assessment (MIDAS) Score.
