Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who are candidates for elective colorectal surgery Patient age over 40 years Patient consent to participate in the project Patient's non-participation in another clinical trial
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Emergency surgeries Trauma patients Patients who are candidates for multiple surgeries (or second or third surgery cases) Patients with a history of anaphylactic reactions, allergies, or asthma
