Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Not having cardiovascular disease or any other underlying disease Obese and overweight: Body mass index more than 25 kg/m2 Female gender and age range 25 to 35 years

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Occurrence of disease or any musculoskeletal discomfort Absence of more than 3 sessions of exercise training Voluntary withdrawal of participants to continue exercise training
