Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of chronic myeloid and lymphoid leukemia Having at least a cycle of education Age between 30 and 50 years Consent to participate in the project
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Receiving psychiatric medications and psychotherapy Having other acute or chronic mental and physical disorders

| Pain perception: In the present study, pain perception refers to the score that participants obtained on the McGill Pain Questionnaire (1997). Pain perception is defined as an unpleasant sensory and emotional experience associated with actual or potential tissue damage. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention (pre-test) and immediately after the intervention (post-test) and in the follow-up phase 3 months after the intervention. Method of measurement: McGill pain questionnaire.;Self-efficacy in coping with cancer: It is the score that participants obtained in the Cancer Behavior Inventory (Hitzman et al.). Self-efficacy in coping with cancer refers to an individual's confidence in facing challenges arising from cancer-related events.
