Inclusion criteria: Being between 30 and 35 years old Has a body mass index between 26-35 kg/m2

Method of measurement: The measurement is conducted utilizing specialized kits and primer designs in conjunction with a real-time PCR device.;MicroRNA-223. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 8 weeks later (8 weeks after the end of the intervention). Method of measurement: The measurement is conducted utilizing specialized kits and primer designs in conjunction with a real-time PCR device.;High density lipoprotein- cholesterol. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 8 weeks later (8 weeks after the end of the intervention). Method of measurement: Measurements are conducted utilizing specialized kits and enzymatic techniques.;Low density lipoprotein- cholesterol. Timepoint: Before the start of the intervention and 8 weeks later (8 weeks after the end of the intervention). Method of measurement: Measurements are conducted utilizing specialized kits and enzymatic techniques.;Cardiorespiratory endurance.
