Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients between 40 and 80 years of age. Patients should have mild to moderate cognitive impairment, such that memory, attention, and executive function impairments can be identified.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who change their medication or receive new medications for Parkinson's disease or psychiatric disorders during the study period. Patients whose symptoms worsen significantly or who experience severe side effects from treatment during the study.

| Cognitive function. Timepoint: To assess cognitive function, the MMSE (Mini-Mental State Examination) and MoCA (Montreal Cognitive Assessment) scales will be used. Executive dysfunction, memory, attention, and language will be assessed using validated tests such as the Stroop Test and the Trail Making Test.
