Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Have informed and written consent to participate in the study Have at least six months since the start of dialysis and the final diagnosis has been confirmed Be undergoing hemodialysis treatment at least twice a week. Minimum age 18 and maximum age 65 No advanced underlying disease such as respiratory failure and malignant disease No mental illness Full alertness and awareness of time and place Physically fit to respond Be able to understand Persian. Have a smartphone and be able to use a mobile phone application. Be able to read and write

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of severe sensory ( significant visual or hearing impairment) or cognitive disabilities that prevent participation in the educational interventions or completion of the questionnaires. Concurrent participation in any other clinical trial or structured educational program. Having acute or advanced comorbid conditions with a poor prognosis (as determined by the treating physician) that make participation in the study period impossible. Lack of stable internet access, in case of potential allocation to the mobile application intervention group.
