Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Children 3 to 10 years old Written consent from the child's parents or guardian to participate in the research Alertness and ability to understand and respond behaviorally to the surrounding environment (children who can be observed during the procedure) If there is a mild or controlled underlying disease that does not directly affect anxiety or behavior during ultrasound, it is possible to enter the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No history of diagnosis of severe mental disorders (such as severe autism or active schizophrenia) No sedatives or psychotropic drugs in the past 12 hours.

Timepoint: All outcomes, measured using the OSBD questionnaire, are assessed only during the ultrasound procedure. No pre-intervention or post-ultrasound measurements are performed. Method of measurement: All behavioral outcomes of children during the ultrasound procedure are measured using the Observational Scale of Behavioral Distress (OSBD) questionnaire. This questionnaire is completed by a trained rater who is blinded to the group allocation of the children. | — |
