Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants must complete the DASS-21 and score within the normal range Participants must not have any psychological disorders Participants must not be musicians Participants must abstain from nicotine and stimulant substances for at least 6 hours before the intervention Participants must provide written informed consent Participants must be between 25 and 40 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Being a musician Not having good hearing Not having a consent form Having psychological disorders Not wanting to continue the research process, for any reason the subject is unable to complete the research process.

Working memory: Working memory, as a component of cognitive functions, evaluates the ability to hold and manipulate short-term information, and its changes indicate the effect of personalized music intervention on the individual's cognitive performance. Timepoint: The variables are measured before the start of the intervention and after the completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Assessed using the standard computerized n-Back test to evaluate participants' working memory.;Attention:The ability to focus on target stimuli and filter distracting information, as an indicator of attention and concentration, allows evaluation of the effect of music intervention on attentional processes. Timepoint: The variables are measured before the start of the intervention and after the completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Assessed using the standard computerized Continuous Performance Test.;Cognitive Response Inhibition:Cognitive response inhibition refers to an individual's ability to control immediate and incorrect responses, and its changes reflect the effect of music intervention on executive control of cognitive behavior. Timepoint: The variables are measured before the start of the intervention and after the completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Assessed using the standard computerized Go/No-Go test.;Risk-Taking Behavior: Risk-taking behavior indicates an individual's tendency to make risky decisions and assesses the effect of music intervention on risk-related decision-making. Timepoint: The variables are measured before the start of the intervention and after the completion of the intervention. Method of measurement: Assessed using the standard computerized Balloon Analogue Risk Task.;Electroencephalography / qEEG Activity: Electroencephalography (EEG/qEEG) activity represents brain electrical activity indicating alertness, attention, and cognitive processing.
