Inclusion criteria: Age 17 years old minimum Close fracture Norovascular exam normal Neer,s 2,3&4 part fractures Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Presence of severe comorbid psychiatric disorders Known sensitivity or intolerance to the study intervention Inability or unwillingness to adhere to follow-up protocol
