Inclusion criteria: Experiencing emotional divorce with one’s spouse "Obtaining a high score on the Body Dysmorphic Disorder Questionnaire developed by Rabiei and colleagues (2011) Absence of other psychiatric disorders and substance addiction Informed consent Not being under pharmacological treatment for body dysmorphic disorder or other psychiatric disorders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness of the participant to continue collaboration in the field research process Severe relapse of a physical or mental illness during the field research process
