Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 1 diabetes Age between 12 and 18 years At least 6 months have passed since the diagnosis of diabetes. Ability to participate in the training program No change in medication or treatment regimen in the past 3 months Absence of diabetic complications (neuropathy, nephropathy and retinopathy) No family history of diabetes Consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having other diseases severe mental disorders communication or learning disabilities participating in similar interventions Lack of consent to participate in the study

MeasureTime frame
Body Mass Index. Timepoint: Body mass index measurements will be taken before the intervention begins and after the intervention ends. Method of measurement: A calibrated digital scale from the Xiaomi brand, model Mi-Smart-Scale2, with a measurement accuracy of 50 grams, and a STATURE METER model will be used to calculate body mass index.;Treatment adherence. Timepoint: Treatment adherence will be measured before the intervention begins and after the intervention ends. Method of measurement: Medication Adherence Questionnaire (MMAS) version 8, Moriski et al. (2008).
