Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Satisfaction with being an athlete Healthy athletes aged 18 to 40 who average 2.5 to 4 hours of exercise per week Both genders

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Professional athletes with more than 10 hours of training per week Pregnant and lactating History of kidney, liver, neurological, autoimmune disease, pancreatitis, diabetes, cancer, thyroid, cardiovascular, pulmonary disorders, peptic ulcer, anemia, food allergy, hypogonadism, inflammatory diseases based on patient statements and medical history Alcohol consumption Heavy smoker (smoking 25 or more cigarettes per day) and other tobacco Consumption of dietary, sports and vitamin supplements at least 4-6 weeks before and throughout the intervention Following a special diet People who have participated in another nutritional study within the past two months Sensitivity to any of the ingredients
