Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of Binge Eating Disorder (BED) according to DSM-5 The presence of depressive and anxiety symptoms with high scores on validated questionnaires Willingness and informed consent to participate in the research

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Suffering from other mental disorders Participation in psychotherapy courses effective on depression and anxiety during the past three months Use of medications affecting depression and anxiety during the past three months
