Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Diagnosis of type 1 diabetes Age range 15 to 18 years Having diabetes for at least 6 months Ability to participate in the training program Initial three-month blood sugar level above 7% Consent of the participant and his/her legal guardian to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Severe mental disorders Communication or learning disabilities Acute illnesses Participation in similar interventions Dissatisfaction but legal Lack of consent of participant or legal guardian
