18 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Consent to participate in the study, being 18 to 45 years old, not having any medical contraindications to sexual activity, not being addicted or habitually consuming alcohol, not taking any medication that affects the individual's sexual response, not having any known physical, mental or medical illnesses as stated by the individual, being monogamous, living permanently with their spouse, and at least being literate.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cancer or history of it, diabetes or history of it, history of participation in previous educational and intervention programs related to sexual satisfaction and sexual self-care, intellectual disability

Sexual self-care score in the Female sexual Health Self-Care Questionnaire. Timepoint: Before the intervention and 4 weeks after the end of the training sessions.
