Cutaneous leishmaniasis.

Interventions

Intervention 1: Intervention group: Allopurinol 10 mg/kg/day and Itraconazole 4 mg/kg/day (both of them are oral). Intervention 2: Intervention group: IM Glucantim 20 mg/kg/day for 20 days.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The disease should be diagnosed by direct smear Duration from time of diagnosis up to now is less than 6 months Not receiving any systemic treatment for leishmaniasis previously Not having immunosuppressive condition or contraindication for drugs
