Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Determin the effect of functional training on functional factors in basketball players. Timepoint: before and after 2 months exercises. Method of measurement: For measuring the range of motion of knee and hip flexion during hopping, a motion analyzer will be used.To measure ground reaction force and load during the hopping movement, a force plate will be utilized. For assessing motor performance, the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) test will be employed.
