Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age range of 60 years and older, including both men and women Older adults individuals with a minimum score of 18 on the MMSE cognitive test Willingness of the older people to participate in the study Membership in the Retired Teachers Association Ability to attend in-person sessions Literacy in reading and writing Ability to learn the games

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Receiving other therapeutic interventions affecting cognition Addiction to drugs or alcohol Taking psychiatric medications affecting alertness

MeasureTime frame
Improvement of cognitive performance scores in older adults (Working memory; Attention; Visual memory; Executive function; Processing speed). Timepoint: Measurement of cognitive performance test scores (before the intervention) and after the intervention (12 weeks after initiation). Method of measurement: Wechsler Adult Intelligence Scale – Third Edition (WAIS-III); Wisconsin Card Sorting Test (WCST); Stroop Test.
