Improving sleep quality based on the Pittsburgh questionnaire. Timepoint: Completion of the Pittsburgh questionnaire before the intervention, immediately after the end of the intervention and one month after the end of the intervention. Method of measurement: Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Questionnaire.
