Inclusion criteria: Age 55 years and older No medical prohibition to perform sports activities Lack of regular physical activity in the past three months

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Absence from two consecutive or three non-consecutive practice sessions Failure to appear for the post-test Unwillingness to continue cooperation Illness or injury that prevents participation in training or tests

Method of measurement: Postural indices (kyphosis and lordosis): measured by 60 cm flexible ruler.;Functional performance (Timed Up and Go test). Timepoint: Pre-test (Baseline, before intervention) and Post-test (48 hours after completion of the intervention). Method of measurement: he Timed Up and Go (TUG) test consists of standing up from a chair, walking, turning, and returning. The procedure is performed as follows: the participant sits on a chair, and upon the “go” command, stands up, walks the designated distance (2.45 meters), and then returns to sit on the chair again. The time taken to complete this task is recorded with a stopwatch and considered as the participant’s score.;Gait kinematics. Timepoint: Pre-test (Baseline, before intervention) and Post-test (48 hours after completion of the intervention). Method of measurement: The kinematic parameters, including step velocity and step length, will be measured during the 10-meter fast walking test using video recording and two-dimensional motion analysis. In this test, the distances of 2 meters and 12 meters are marked, and the participant is asked to walk along a 14-meter path. The timing of the middle 10 meters begins when the participant touches the 2-meter line and ends when they cross the 12-meter line, recorded with a stopwatch.

Motor Performance – measured by the Timed Up and Go (TUG) test. The participant stands up from a chair, walks 2.45 meters, turns around, and sits down again. The time required to complete the task is recorded using a stopwatch. This test is simple and valid for assessing motor performance in older adults. Gait kinematics – including step length and walking speed. Participants perform a 10-meter fast walking test. Gait kinematic parameters are recorded using two video cameras (CASIO-Ex-F1) and analyzed with Kinovea software (version 0.8.15). Timepoint: Pre-test (Baseline): All variables are measured before starting the exercise program.Post-test (Post-intervention): The same variables are measured again 48 hours after the last exercise session. Method of measurement: Postural indices: Measured with a 60 cm flexible ruler (KERING); kyphosis and lordosis angles calculated using ?=4arctan(2h/l).Physical performance (TUG): Time for standing up, walking 2.45 meters, turning, and sitting back is recorded with a stopwatch.Gait kinematics: Step length and walking speed on a 10-meter course recorded with two cameras and analyzed using Kinovea software.
