Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age under 20 years Initial diagnosis of unicameral bone cyst (UBC) in proximal humerus based on radiography
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Lack of willingness of the patient or parents to participate in the study Inability to attend clinical or radiographic follow up Presence of hematologic diseases such as thalassemia, sickle cell anemia, or hemophilia Presence or history of malignancy Diabetes mellitus with poor glycemic control Presence of pathological fracture in the proximal humerus History of any previous treatment for unicameral bone cyst including injection or curettage Presence of hereditary or acquired immunodeficiency Known allergy to methylprednisolone acetate or related compounds
