Inclusion criteria: All mothers with premature babies admitted to the neonatal intensive care unit

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Having a severe underlying neonatal illness or abnormality Having a history of taking sedatives and psychotropic drugs before and during pregnancy Maternal illness such as depression and anxiety

Total maternal stress score on the Margaret Miles Parenting Stress Scale. Timepoint: Overall stress score before the intervention and after the end of the consultations in the next 30 days. Method of measurement: Parental stress questionnaire.	—
