Inclusion criteria: Passing the theoretical-practical unit of principles and techniques of circulating and scrub nurse performance Informed consent to participate in the study Ability to read and write in Persian Enjoying physical and mental health Currently studying in the 3rd and 5th semesters of a full-time undergraduate degree in Operating Room Technology. Lack of clinical experience in the operating room

Exclusion criteria: Dropping out of the study and unwillingness to continue cooperation
